Niswonger Performing Arts Center seats 1,200, serving dual roles as a community performing arts center and high-school auditorium in Greene County.

The design is inspired by the adjacent Greeneville High School's early modernist architecture, drawing on timeless design details while providing the NPAC with its own unique identity. The lobby curtain wall is intricately detailed and coordinated with exterior paving and interior floor patterns, both complex and elegant. Interior details of wood paneling and the luxe finishes in the auditorium are contrasted by a simplified exterior massing that allows the focus to remain on the entry and performance spaces.
