LeConte Medical Center
Barber McMurry designed a hospital campus for Covenant Health in Sevier County with architecture that included an emergency department and general hospital, center for women's services, professional office building, and a campus location for Thompson Cancer Survival Center.
The design is a modern interpretation of the local vernacular, including exposed timber and stone. The interiors are notably warm, complementary of the beautiful mountain views from patient rooms, waiting areas, and lobbies. The firm worked with ESa.
